Group Reservation Terms & Conditions

Booking & Cancellation

  • Reservations are recommended at least 3 days in advance to ensure availability and proper preparation.

  • Last-minute bookings may be accepted subject to availability.

    • Reservations made less than 3 days before arrival must be paid on-site by card or cash.​​

  • The number of guests confirmed 24 hours before arrival will be considered the final number for billing purposes and the minimum number charged.

    • Changes to the number of guests must be communicated no later than 24 hours before arrival.

  • Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before arrival.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival will incur a fee of 30% of the total cost.

    • In case of a no-show without prior notice, 100% of the total cost will be charged.

  • Additional guests beyond the confirmed number may be accommodated subject to availability and charged accordingly.

Payment Terms

Payments can be made by:

• Cash or card on-site
• Bank transfer 3 days before the service
• As otherwise agreed in a contract

 

Invoices are issued only if agreed in advance.

Prices & VAT

Prices may change due to fluctuations in commodity prices, exchange rates or VAT changes.

All prices include VAT:

  • 12% VAT – food and non-alcoholic beverages

  • 25% VAT – alcoholic beverages

 

If VAT rates change, we reserve the right to adjust prices accordingly.

We reserve the right to correct any printing or typographical errors.

General Policies

  • Alcohol Policy: According to Swedish law, guests are strictly prohibited from bringing and consuming their own alcoholic beverages within the restaurant premises.

  • Outside Food & Drinks: Guests are not allowed to bring outside food or beverages into the restaurant without prior permission.

  • Pets: No pets are allowed inside the restaurant premises.

  • Dietary Requirements & Allergies: Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies at least 24 hours before arrival.

  • Guest Information:

    • The booking party is responsible for providing the correct number of guests and communicating relevant information to the restaurant.

    • The restaurant is not responsible for discrepancies caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the booking party.

By confirming a reservation, the booking party acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
